At Mongoose Bicycles, we stand behind our gear and want you to be fully satisfied with your ride. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return your items in new, unassembled condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack the bicycle or accessory in its original factory packaging, ensuring all tools, manuals, and components are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the return for original condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
